40 Fast Food Free Days Starts November 21

Want to end the year on a high note? Want to stand proud? We all know that with cookies, turkey, candy its easy to pack on the weight. We also know that if you're trying to lose weight its almost impossible if you partake of fast food (burger, fries, onion rings, tacos, you know what I mean).

So it's time to draw a line in the sand. Time to stand up for yourself and say “I need to be healthy more than I need fries!” To be able to start 2011 on a roll with the confidence of saying “no” to fast food 4 times.

Is this going to be easy? For me honestly, no. I've been eating an Egg McMuffin every Sunday for about a year. It's time to get some new habits. Are you with me?

I've set up a forum if you want to check in and cheer each other on. I'm looking forward to the challenge. It's going to be tough, but that's what has me excited.
