Dan weighed 310 lbs when we started the biggest loser. He lost 136 lbs and is now out making music. When asked about how he got to 310 Dan admitted that with all the fast food pit stops etc, he was drinking almost a 12 pack of soft drinks a day. Then add to that french fries etc.
