Kai Hibbard comes out to talk about the Biggest Loser. She is saying it's not accurate. To this I say, "You do know it's a reality TV show right?" Through editing, production, etc these shows are anything but reality. I love the fact that the show inspires me to get on a treadmill, but I never expect to get the results they get on the show. I also know that when you wave $250,000 in front of people they will do some pretty stupid things to their body to get it.
