I have found out that the pool is your friend when you are injured or if you over did on working out. I have an ankle injury and have been going to water aerobics and just jogging in the pool several times a week. It has really helped me keep on track and I believe heal. So the next time you workout too hard one day, use the pool as your workout the next time.
