Yes its busy. Yes there are parties and events to attend, but your weight loss journey does not stop because of other events on the calendar. Here are some steps you can take to make sure you don't fall off the fitness wagon.
1. Pack your gear. Have it ready to go. Do this before you go to bed.
2. Take tiny tools like Bodylastics resistance tubes. They fit easily into a suitcase and be used in a hotel room.
3. Schedule it at the beginning of the day. This way it doesn't conflict with anything else on the calendar.
4. Get your laptop involved. Bring DVDs, or search youtube for exercise videos.
Time Magazine Says Eating Healthy Only Costs $1.50 a Day
A recent article states that eating healthier only costs $1.50 more per day. I know I have been eating more fruit and vegetables. yes it seems more expensive, but when the scale goes down, the extra money I spent is well worth it. I feel better, and I will look better.
