Jillian's Unlimited Playlist
Jillian Michaels has a book out that deals with dealing with your mental hurdles. It's called unlimited. She recently put out an Unlimited the playlist. I like some of these songs as a way to build up your mental strengths. You can have a workout list of songs that get you up and pumping, but you can also get songs that pick you up. They can be a mental “You can do it” list. Here are the list of tunes.
