Are You Lost on the Way To Fitness?

I saw a magazine today at the grocery, “Lose 30 lbs by Christmas.” First of all that is just not healthy. Second, lose 30 lbs of WHAT? Fat? Water? Muscle? It makes a difference.

Speaking of the grocery store. The next time you go there, go grab a gallon of milk and carry it with you (don't put it in the cart). Realize your body is working just as hard as you do carrying that extra weight. YOU can put the milk down. The body is forced to carry the weight you have put on over the years.

Now is the time to take a stand and evaluate yourself, come up with a plan, and take action to get back to fitness.
