They say your maximum heat rate is typically 220-20. Then you want to exercise anywhere from 60-85% of that (with your doctor's permission). Today I talk about how easy it is to over do it. If you don't have a heart rate monitor, then use the breathing test. If you can't breathe you are exercising too hard.

Do your kids have a Wii? Go play with them. I did, and playing fake tennis and boxing I was breaking a sweat. The great thing I was having too much fun to even notice.
